The property will be ready for photography upon scheduled arrival time.
All exterior photos wil reflect the current weather conditions, which could include rain, clouds, bright sun, snow, and extreme shadows.
Floor plans are for graphical reference only and may not represent actual square footage.
You will be invoiced $85 for any appointment cancelled after 8:00am on the same day the appointment was scheduled for.
Once media has been delivered to client, Rip City Photography is not obligated to store/archive media.
All images belong to RipCityPhotography, LLC and you are given exclusive rights to use images for real estate marketing and promotional use
